Eight engineers and technicians work continuously on product design and development using the latest CAD applications (Inventor software).
In this way, our engineering department produces more than 2500 drawings and designs more than 30 items of equipment per year.
Assessing performance
To test and improve its products' performance, Techneau has set up a test basis complying with the standards in force. More than 200 tests are carried out each year in the following fiels:
Mechanical resistance
Test of the resistance of the anchoring rings on the interceptors in the ELLIPSE range.
Performance
Sampling is regularly carried out at the outlet so that their performances can be validated.
Hydraulics up to 30 l/s
Techneau uses a test base enabling appliances up to 30 l/s to be tested.
Leak proofing
Each appliance in the range is tested to check that it is leakproof at the critical points given in the specifications.
